4. How We Process Data

The Extension operates entirely within your browser:

Local Processing Only: All data processing occurs locally on your device. The Extension intercepts ChatGPT API responses within the browser to extract search queries.
No External Transmission: No data is ever transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
Temporary Storage: Extracted search queries are stored temporarily in your browser's memory (RAM) only for the duration of your browsing session.
Automatic Deletion: All data is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab or navigate away from ChatGPT.

The legal basis for processing data is:

7. Data Retention

Since no personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers, rights such as rectification or restriction of processing are not applicable.
